Synstar Plc
New contract with ITNET worth £18m
Synstar, the pan-European business availability services provider has signed a
four-year deal worth £4.5m per annum with ITNET, the IT, business process and
e-services supplier.
ITNET has appointed Synstar as its preferred supplier of business continuity and

immediately.
Synstar has worked with ITNET for the past five years, providing a range of
services covering business continuity, computer services and project support. As
a result of the new deal, Synstar will be supporting additional blue-chip
companies that are ITNET's customers in both the public and private sectors.
Chris Gollings, operational services director at ITNET comments:
'We are delighted to have agreed a further contract with Synstar. Synstar's
reputation and approach to its customers has a great deal of synergy with our
own - both are based very much around customer service and cost effective
solutions for customers. We are confident that our partnership with Synstar will
further strengthen our market proposition and result in an even better service
to ITNET's customers.'
Steve Vaughan, Synstar's CEO commented, 'We have worked hard over the past year
to reorganise the group around winning additional new business from blue-chip
customers. This proves that these efforts are working and that our customers are
ready to rely upon us to keep their systems and businesses running.'
