Smaller Companies Trust plc ('ASCT') of a notifiable holding of 6,532,200
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'), representing approximately
4.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and registered in the name
of Clydesdale Bank (Head Office) Nominees Ltd a/c ABERFIT1.

The Company today received further notification, dated 22 June 2004, from
Aberforth Partners ('Aberforth') that Aberforth has a notifiable holding of
17,213,731 Shares, representing approximately 10.57% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital and registered as follows:
