HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company today received notification from AEGON Asset Management Limited
that, following the disposal of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, the AEGON UK plc Group of Companies (Scottish Equitable plc, Scottish
Equitable (Managed Funds) Ltd, AEGON Fund Management UK Ltd, AEGON Investment
Management UK Ltd, AEGON Asset Management UK Ltd, Scottish Equitable Trustees
Ltd, Guardian Assurance plc, Guardian Linked Life Assurance Ltd, Guardian
Pensions Management Ltd and Guardian Unit Trust Managers Ltd) no longer has a
notifiable interest in the Company's issued ordinary shares.
