plc ('ASCT') has a notifiable interest in 8,460,500 ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company ('Shares'), representing approximately 5.21% of the Company's
issued share capital.


The Shares to which this notification relates are registered as follows:

Clydesdale Bank (Head Office) Nominees Ltd a/c ABERFIT1              8,460,500


The above holding forms part of the interest of Aberforth Partners, which
remains unchanged at 20,525,295 shares, representing approximately 12.63% of the
Company's issued share capital.
