HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company today received notification from J O Hambro Capital Management
Limited that, as a result of the sale of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company ('Shares') on 3 April 2003 and the further sale of 1,800,000 Shares
on 7 May 2003, The Trident European Fund is now interested in 4,000,000 Shares,
representing approximately 2.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
