The Company was today notified by CVC Capital Partners Limited ('CVC') that CVC
and its direct and indirect advised have today disposed of their entire interest
of 10,875,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, amounting to
approximately 6.69% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
