The Company today received notification that FMR Corp. and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited ('FIL') and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries have a non-beneficial interest in 21,200,346
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 13.05% of
the Company's issued share capital.
