On l2 June 2002 the Company received notification, dated 10 June 2002, that
Fidelity International Limited, and its direct and indirect subsidiaries,
including Fidelity Investment Services Limited, have a non-beneficial interest
in 6,987,655 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Shares') in the Company, representing
approximately 4.30% of the Company's issued share capital.
