The Company today received notification from J O Hambro Capital Management
Limited that, as the result of a purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Shares') on 3 April 2002, The Trident European Fund is now
interested in 8,800,000 Shares, representing approximately 5.42% of the
Company's issued share capital.
