HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company today received notification from Fidelity Investments Limited
('FIL') that FIL and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, together with
Edward C Johnson 3rd as a principal shareholder of FIL, hold non-beneficial
interests in 6,661,673 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing
4.10 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
