The following announcement replaces the Holding in Company Announcement released
today at 16:23 hours under RNS 9344K. The number of shares disposed should read
10,824,593 and not 10,875,000; the percentage of issued share class should 
accordingly read 6.67% and not 6.69%. All other details remain the same.

HOLDING IN COMPANY


The Company was today notified by CVC Capital Partners Limited ('CVC') that CVC
and its direct and indirect advised have today disposed of their entire interest
of 10,824,593 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, amounting to
approximately 6.67% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
