Director's Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 17 March 2011, Keith Butler-Wheelhouse, a non-executive director of Plastics Capital, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 84.0 pence per Ordinary Share.  Keith Butler-Wheelhouse now holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.36 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
