Cambay C-77H Artificial Lift Update

Synergia Energy Ltd (the "Company" or "Synergia") is pleased to provide the following update concerning implementation of artificial lift equipment for the Cambay C-77H well.

The jet pump and modified wellhead will be ready for airfreight shipment to India circa June 5^th 2023. The surface pump skid will be ready for airfreighting on June 3^rd 2023. Other associated equipment such as motor drive, VFD panel, separator and tubing have been ordered locally for delivery early July 2023.

Due to workover rig availability, the re-completion operation is scheduled to commence on July 9^th 2023, with an estimated duration of 8 days. The civil and electrical works and piping hook-up are scheduled to be completed by July 17^th following the pump installation.
