Plastics Capital plc (AIM: PLA) the niche plastics products manufacturer, announces that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 has been distributed to shareholders today.  An electronic copy of this document is available from the Company's website www.plasticscapital.com and is also available at the registered office of the Company.

Shareholders will receive notice of the annual general meeting of the Company which will be held at the offices of Plastics Capital, St Mary's House, 42 Vicarage Crescent, London, SW11 3LD on 25 July 2011 at 10am.
