Interim results to be announced on 6 June 2000
Notice of Analyst Meeting
Synstar Plc, the leading IT Services company, will announce interim results
for the 6 months ended 31 March 2000, on 6 June 2000.
Synstar is a leading independent provider of IT services to around 2,500 blue
chip customers throughout 12 European countries and is currently ranked as the
12th largest service provider in Europe.
At its preliminary results presentation for the year to September 30th 1999,
Synstar reported turnover up by 30% to £214m (1998: £164m) and an increase in
operating profit of 35% to £12.8m (1998: £9.4m).
There will be a presentation made to analysts on the day. The details are:
