Additional Listing

Application has been made for the listing of 254,106 new ordinary shares of 1
pence each of the Company ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List of the
UK Listing Authority ('UKLA') and to trading on the London Stock Exchange,
pursuant to the exercise of options. These Shares will rank pari passu with the
Company's existing ordinary shares and are expected to commence trading on 15
April 2004.


Certain of the Shares for which application is being made relate to a Director
of the Company, as follows:

The exercise relates to options held under the Synstar 1999 Sharesave Scheme, an
Inland Revenue approved scheme in which participation has been extended to most
of the Company's employees, and is therefore exempt from close period dealing
restrictions pursuant to paragraph 20(h) of the Model Code.

Application has also been made for the block listing of 386,448 new ordinary
shares of 1 pence each of the Company ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official
List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These Shares will,
upon issue, rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and will
be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the following schemes:


The Synstar 1999 Sharesave Scheme -                      258,990 Shares, and
The Synstar 1999 International Sharesave Scheme -        127,458 Shares
