Share Allotment

At a Board meeting today a further 27,710 New Quadnetics Shares were allotted to
holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted the offer for Protec, in
respect of valid acceptances received up to and including 30 November 2005.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New Quadnetics
Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on Friday 9 December 2005.

Following this allotment the Company has 15,323,144 ordinary shares in issue.
