At a Board meeting held on 13 July 2006 a further 52 New Quadnetics
Shares were allotted to holders of Protec Shares.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New
Quadnetics
Shares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.
Following this allotment the Company has 16,327,890 ordinary shares
in issue.
