HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company received notification today from JP Morgan Securities Limited on
behalf of the JPM Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust Plc stating that it no
longer has a material interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.

In addition, the Company has received notification today from Schroders
Investment Management Limited that it has an interest in 350,000 shares
representing 3.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
