Directors Shareholdings

The Company received notification today that following a purchase on 5 February
2007 of 15,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company at a price of 65p each, 
Malcolm Hughes, Non-Executive Director of the Company, is now interested in 
15,000 ordinary shares representing 0.065% of the issued share capital of that 
class.

The Company also received notification today that following a purchase on 5 
February 2007 of 15,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company at a price of 65p 
each, Michael Fort, Chief Executive of the Company, is now interested in 
1,976,739 ordinary shares representing 8.54% of the issued share capital of 
that class.

The Company further received notification today that following a purchase on 5 
February 2007 of 15,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company at a price of 65p 
each Michael Redmond, Executive Chairman of the Company, is now interested in 
1,616,674 ordinary shares representing 6.98% of the issued share capital of 
that class.
