Completion of sale and leaseback

Quadnetics Group plc is pleased to confirm the completion of the sale
and  leaseback  of  the  new  building  acquired  in  March  2007  to
accommodate the growth and consolidation of Synectics' activities  in
Sheffield. The net proceeds of £2.1 million, equal to the  building's
cost, will be retained within the Group for working capital.
