Settlement

Synchronica plc (AIM: SYNC), has applied for 20,016,667 new ordinary shares of 1p to be admitted to trading on AIM on 5 January 2009. These shares are part of the delayed settlement component of the fund raising completed in September 2008. The final 9,983,333 new ordinary shares of 1p from the delayed settlement will admitted in early 2009.
