Synchronica plc ('Synchronica' or 'the Company', ticker AIM: SYNC) was notified 
on 17 April 2007 that as at 16 April 2007:

AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd held a total of 2,697,500 voting rights in the 
Company which, as at that date, represented approximately 3.37% of the total 
voting rights of the Company.

The change in the holding of AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd occurred as a 
result of the placing of 43,750,000 New Ordinary Shares on April 16, prior to 
which the holdings of AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd represented approximately 
7.41% of the total voting rights of the Company.
