                              Notifiable Interest





Synchronica received notification today that, as at the close of business on 23
February 2006, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe held a notifiable interest in 1,215,700
Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 3.34% of the total shares in issue.




Synchronica also received notification today that, following a further disposal
on 24 February 2006, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe no longer holds a notifiable
interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
