DAT Group received notification today that J O Hambro Capital Management Limited
is currently interested in 577,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company,
representing 3.10% of the total issued share capital.



The total holding of 577,500 shares in which all parties are interested includes
a non-material interest for the purposes of Section 199 2A Companies Act 1985 of
550,000 Ordinary shares in which a Limited Liability Partnership owned by J O
Hambro Capital Management Group Limited is interested as investment manager of
an undertaking for collective investments in transferable securities (UCITS).
