Synchronica has today received notification that, following a disposal of
281,980 shares on 4 October 2006, Gartmore Investment Limited, on behalf of
AlphaGen Volantis Fund Prime Brokerage, held 3.23% of the issued share capital
of the Company.

Following a further disposal of 146,865 shares on 5 October 2006, Gartmore
Investment Limited no longer hold a notifiable interest in the issued share
capital of the Company.
