Notification of Major Interests in Shares


Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 203 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification today from Gartmore Investment Limited on
behalf of Gartmore Smaller Companies Trust plc that as a result of a purchase of
500,000 shares at 30p per share on 2 February 2006 now has an interest in
1,250,000 shares representing 3.44% of the issued share capital of the Company.
