Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 203 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification today from Gartmore Investment Limited on
behalf of Gartmore AlphaGen Volantis Fund - Prime Brokerage that as a result of
a purchase of 500,000 shares at 30p per share on 2 February 2006 now has an
interest in 1,220,000 shares representing 3.36% of the issued share capital of
the Company. The shares are registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees Limited.
