Please note that, with immediate effect, the Registered Office of Synchronica
plc and all subsidiary companies, has been changed to:

Mount Pleasant House, Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1NY

The general office telephone number will remain unchanged as: 01892 552 720 and
the fax as 01892 552 721.

This change merely reflects the operational position as the old facility at
Bodiam has now been closed and all staff and operations moved to Tunbridge Wells
but we invite you to update your records.
