                      Appointment of New NOMAD and Broker

Synchronica (AIM: SYNC) is pleased to announce that it has today appointed
Seymour Pierce as corporate broker and nominated adviser.

Seymour Pierce helped Synchronica in the recent fundraising of £3,500,000
(before expenses) which will be used by the Company for working capital and to
fund the growth of the Company's core business of developing and delivering
mobile synchronisation and device management solutions for mobile operators and
