Advance Notice of General Meeting

Synchronica plc (AIM: SYNC) (TSX Venture: SYN), the international provider of next-generation mobile messaging services, provides advance notice to Shareholders of its intention to hold a General Meeting.

It is anticipated that this General Meeting will take place on or around 20 March 2012. The Company will, in due course, release a formal notice to Shareholders.
