Admission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange

Application has been made for 174,239,902 ordinary shares, arising from the conversion of the Company's C shares, to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Such shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares. It is expected that admission and unconditional dealings in the new ordinary shares will become effective at 8 a.m. on 31 December 2013.

The Company also announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for the listing of its 200,000,000 C shares to be suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 31 December 2013.  The listing of the C shares will be cancelled with effect from 8 a.m. on 30 January 2014.
