                               Additional Listing


DAT Group plc announces that 1,311 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('New Ordinary
Shares') have been issued and allotted following an exercise of options by
employees of the Company.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary
Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to be
admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 27
July 2005.
