Notice to Warrantholders

On 30 April 2012 the Company announced the results of its Annual General Meeting, which was held on 30 April 2012 (the "AGM"). At the AGM, the shareholders of the Company passed an ordinary resolution to generally and unconditionally authorise the Company, in accordance with the Company's warrant instrument dated 31 July 2007 (the "Warrant Instrument"), to extend the term of the exercise period in which the existing warrants to subscribe for new Company shares (the "Warrants") can be exercised for an additional three years, such that unexercised Warrants would expire on 3 August 2015 (the "Resolution").  

Notice is hereby given to Warrantholders that, pursuant to the Resolution and in accordance with the Warrant Instrument, the exercise period for the Warrants has been extended for an additional three years, such that unexercised Warrants shall expire on 3 August 2015.
