Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the financial year ended
31 December 2007

The Company wishes to inform that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be
held at 11.30 am (London time) on 24 April 2008 at The Maple Room, First Floor,
Four Seasons Hotel London, Hamilton Place, Park Lane, London W1A 1AZ.  The
notice, the form of proxy and the form of directions for the AGM has been sent
together with a copy of the Company's annual report for the financial year ended
31 December 2007 to each shareholder on the register of shareholders as at 4
April 2008.

The notice of AGM and the annual report are also available upon request from the
