Technologies Share Option Schemes, the Company has granted share options to

M Laurier
Quantity: 400,000 ordinary shares
Exercise price: 37p

I Bristow
Quantity: 200,000 ordinary shares
Exercise price: 37p

K Frener
Quantity: 200,000 ordinary shares
Exercise price: 37p

M Stephens
Quantity: 200,000 ordinary shares
Exercise price: 37p

In each case the date of grant was 7 June 2002 and the options are exercisable
between the second and tenth anniversaries of the date of grant.
