Results of AGM

 

The Board of Symphony Environmental Technologies plc ("Symphony" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 6 Elstree Gate, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1JD on 28 May 2010 at 10.00 am all resolutions proposed in the notice of the meeting were passed.

 

As a result, and subject only to the confirmation of the High Court, the proposed restructure of the Company's balance sheet and the balance sheets of a number of the Company's subsidiaries by way of intra-group debt waivers and capital reduction schemes in the manner announced on 29 April 2010 will now be carried out by the Company. It is anticipated that this will be completed on 30 June 2010.

 

The Board of the Company is also pleased to announce that the Company's current trading is in line with their expectations.
