                        ADMISSION OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES



Symphony Plastic Technologies Plc has applied for 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each to be admitted to trading on AIM following the exercise of options held by
Canaccord Capital (Europe) Ltd.



These new Ordinary Shares have been allotted and will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. Dealings are expected to commence on
AIM on 8th  October 2002.
