                         ADMISSION OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES


The Company has issued 31,250 new ordinary 1p shares at 1p each to its former
legal advisors in full and final settlement of claims made against the Company.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 15 July 2002.
