RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

 

Symphony Environmental Technologies plc announces that Hugo Swire has been appointed Minister of State for Northern Ireland in the new UK Government and has consequently resigned as Non-Executive Director, in line with the principles laid out in the Cabinet Office's Ministerial Code guidance.

 

The Board would like to thank Hugo for his contribution to the Group and wish him well in his new role.
