Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc ("Symphony" or "Company") announces that it received a notification from Ian Bristow today that his Self Invested Personal Pension fund has acquired 29,424 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company. The price paid for the shares was 15.175 pence per share, in aggregate £4,465.09.

Following the share purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company beneficially held by Ian is 1,063,925 representing approximately 0.91 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
