The Company has been notified that Nirj Deva (Chairman), Michael Stephen (Deputy Chairman), Michael Laurier (Chief Executive Officer) and Ian Bristow (Finance Director), have today purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:
