Symphony Plastic Technologies PLC 19 December 2005 Symphony Plastic Technologies PLC Victory in the Court of Appeal Symphony Plastic Technologies ('Symphony'), the degradable plastics company, today reports that the hearing of the Appeal brought by Environmental Products Inc (EPI) against the decision of the High Court of 21st December 2004 in favour of Symphony has now concluded. The Court of Appeal dismissed EPI's appeal and refused leave to Appeal to the House of Lords. The written judgement of the Court will follow in due course.
