American Depository Receipt (''ADR'')

 

Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc ('Symphony' 'Company' or 'the Group'), the degradable plastics and waste-to-energy Group, announces that pursuant to an exemption under U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 12g3-2(b) it has established an American Depository Receipt ('ADR') programme for investors based in the United States. The Company has appointed The Bank of New York Mellon as the depository bank for the ADRs which will trade on the Pink Sheets of the US over-the-counter ('OTC') market.


The ADRs are expected to be available on 28 May 2008 under the trading symbol 'SETPY'. 


Under the ADR programme, Symphony's shares will be traded in the United States of America through The Bank of New York Mellon's ADR trading facility.
