Silentpoint has been notified today that Mr Philip Morgan holds 885,715 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 5.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company,
of which 457,145 Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Union Pension
Trust and 428,570 Ordinary Shares are registered in his own name.
