Submission of Planning Application

Sutton Harbour Holdings, the waterfront regeneration and destination specialist, is pleased to announce that, further to the interim results announcement released on 2 December 2014, the Company has now submitted  the planning application for 'The Boardwalk' scheme to the local planning authority. The scheme proposes 7,800 sq ft (725m²) lettable space for food and beverage and/or retail uses constructed on a pier structure which will incorporate boardwalk pedestrian access to improve connectivity to the eastern side of Sutton Harbour.
