                           Directors' Shareholdings


Sutton Harbour Holdings plc ('the Company'), the Aim listed transport and
regeneration specialist, announces that it was informed today that Mr Michael A.
Knight, a non-executive director of the Company purchased 5,495 Ordinary shares
in the Company on 5 June 2007 at a price of 325p per Ordinary share.

Following this purchase, Mr Knight has an interest in 6,495 Ordinary shares in
the Company.
