The board of Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that Mr Duncan Godefroy OBE
will retire as a non-executive director at the end of the company's financial
year, 31st March 2005. The board is most grateful to Mr Godefroy for his
considerable contribution to the company as its Managing Director for many years
and more recently as one of its non-executive directors.
