PROPERTY LETTING UPDATE

Sutton Harbour Holdings, the AIM listed waterfront regeneration and destination specialist,is pleased to report completion of a property letting.

 

A new tenancy agreement has been completed for the 4,028 sq ft 3rd floor of North Quay House overlooking Sutton Harbour.  The new tenant, Rame Energy plc, has signed a 10 year lease on terms that reflect the high quality, central location and good parking allocation of the office space around the Harbour.

 

This letting increases occupancy from 86.4% at 31 March 2014 to 88.3% and adds to the increasing focus of providing a professional business quarter for Plymouth around Sutton Harbour, which already accommodates two major regional accountancy practices, several legal practices and a number of other professional service firms.

 

The new tenant takes occupation with effect from August 2014.
