                               Lock Gate Refit


Sutton Harbour Holdings plc is pleased to announce that the lock gate refit
undertaken over the last five months, as referred to in our interim statement on
29 November 2007, is now complete. Sutton Lock is an essential flood defence and
also provides depth of water within Sutton Harbour. The new lock gates are
designed to last for 30 years.
